All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. 

4. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are 7-10 business days but may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. Pictolio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund. Items must be unused and in original condition unless faulty.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or amended within 2 of purchase by contacting us on the support page. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Limitation of Liability
Pictolio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
